Each and every document that is downloaded from our Internet site gets recorded into our web site log file. Each document downloaded is recorded with who, when, from where, and how the document was downloaded. This allows Benedia to track exactly what is happening on our web site.

Benedia’s Internet server is located on an isolated network that only accepts Internet traffic. All attempts to get at documents on our server must be done through our web site.

All documents are kept on RAID 5 configured hard drives. In the chance that our hard drive fails there is an instantaneous backup that is ready for zero down time.
